Demo for the 32x8 LED matrix function

You need an IO-Warrior with four 8x8 LED matrix elements to do the matrix mode output.
For that you will need to design a separate board because two LCD matrix elements already
eat up all the breadboard area of a IO-Warrior Starter Kit which leaves no room for the
driver ICs.
Application note 1 of the IO-Warrior SDK (AN1.pdf) gives more details on that.

The basic function is to set the LEDs of the matrix through a 2-dimensional array of Booleans.
On top of that there are three nice eye candies:

1. Show text and scroll it in any of the four main directions plus to & fro and up & down.
This is achieved by first draw the text on a 32x8 bitmap and then copy the pixels
to the matrix of the IO-Warrior.
The font to use is selectable in the menu.

2. Play the Game of Life with random start pattern (about 1/3 filled).
The variant where top & bottom and left & right are adjacent is used because
this usually results in more generations.

3. Show Blinkenlights movies.
Blinkenlights movies are really simple. They are made of a series of scenes.
Each scene consists of the time in msecs to show the scene and the matrix to show.
A single glance at a file should tell you all you need to know about the format.

Visit http://www.blinkenlights.de/ to download more Blinkenlights movies.
Most of the examples here are such downloads. The movies are therefore limited to the original 18x8 format.
Only Rakete2.blm is 32x8 to show that 18x8 is not a limitation of the IO-Warrior.

You can drag & drop movie files from Explorer to the EXE to play them in sequence.
The EXE also handles movie files as commandline parameters.
